The problem with Dodd is she is cold. Nobody knows where they stand with her, some people may think they do (snelly) but they will all end up getting the boot at some point. Your right about no people skills! I have never met upermanagement that is so cold and unpersonable. Nobody at admin actually likes her it is all a front. What happened to the 5 exceptional acheivements from like 5 years ago.. good work mindy, maybe too much time spend with the firefighter. And mindy what do you actually do?
