Trust me, there is a lot more out there career-wise, it just takes some "networking." Talk to your customers, make small talk about careers, chances are the company your customer works for could very well be looking for good employees. But be sure only to do this with a completely-satisfied customer. That is how I found my current job. I used to work in 20DD.
