HR Manager is close to GRM pay. I would think a recruiter in 43 would kill it, I think I heard that they get paid off of hires, like $150 per hire and then profit based comm, so I would think about $70K with all the turnover they are having to replace, does not sound like a fun job nor is being done well hence the turnover.
