I recently rented a car from them and we filled out the forms and I was responsible for renting the car because the car was under my name. No one
asked us to walk around the car and look for damage and had my son initial the rental form without telling him that he was agreeing that there was damage on the car. They just told him, "Sign here and you will be on your way." I should have initialed it since I was renting it. The girl on the phone called me a lier when I told her I did not initial it. I never signed anything.
We brought the car back and the guy went right to the back bumper and said look at the damage you caused. He began rocking on the bumper as if he knew that it would be loose. Other than it being loose, there was a tiny white
scratch on the bumper which was hardly noticable.
They then called us and told us we owed them 366.00 for the repair.
This place is a scam and I would reccomend that no one rents from them.
We know that we didn't have an accident but they told us too bad, we have a picture of the damage. I asked her where the picture was that proved it wasn't damaged before we rented it.
