well im an assistant manager at a pretty big branch and ive been with the company for a little under two years... i went from making about 29k/year to making about 47k/year now... i feel pretty good about it... does it get better??? yes it does... you hit your goals, you get paid,, period.. enterprise isnt for everyone and it does get very challenging at times... but im very happy with the pace im on.... ive already passed up a few of my friends paywise who are still mocking me because i work for a rental agency.... so be it..
