ERAC is not the same as the examples you gave. I worked with an MT who would tell elderly people of the (untrue) high rollover rate of the cars they would rent to get them to get DW. This guy is now a BM. That is like the cell phone guy telling you that the cell phone had a high rate of exploding and catching fire in your pants.

I also worked with numerous people who would literally tell people to sign here, here, and here. I am not exaggerating one bit. That is like the car salesman asking you to sign the warranty without you explaining it.
