Enterprise sucks. You stay long enough and you'll realize that it is time to get out of the damn cult. I have been here for only 4 years, and 4 years is way too long. I'm on my way out and I know a bunch of other managers that are going as well. U can only take so much for so long. good place to learn and get you into a job that pays way more than e and you get more respect to. tell me one manager in C1 who is "running his own business"? It ain't out there and never will be. Get out while you can, actually even better, stay for a while (2-3 years) to get the training and then move on to bigger and better things. If you can afford to stay that long (which most people can't), it will be good to train you for better jobs. I know that i couldn't live on 35 thous a year . . . that is robbery!
