Just to go completely off on a tangent.....from all the irritated ex-employees on this thread's ranting about how unfair the 300 quid excess is (and I agree, I had to pay it once, the bastards), you can kind of understand why the customers get so pissed off when ERAC try and charge THEM a huge excess, even if there is no other ERAC could really go about it. |
