I don't agree with you at all. If you take the number of African Americans employed with ERAC vs. White employees I'd say that the same percentage of them gets promoted to management. I don't know what region you work in but I've worked with quite a lot of African American Mgrs. in the Philadelphia area.

On the other hand due to this diversity BS it becomes practically impossible to fire an African American Person, especially when female. Anyone remember Debbie Nelson? She was probably THE WORST manager I've ever seen yet she was dragged along for months before they finally got rid of her. A White male would have been fired within a matter of weeks.

I know that this is a controversial topic and no one employed at ERAC will ever say this out loud. However me being a White male who has left the company I can tell you that a lot of people feel that way.
