I hope you were putting that up there to defend Admin because that's all you did. It plainly states "Congress shall not" meaning the Government which is just what he said. Now I on one hand think racism is funny and I am the first to admit I am racist.......but it's against everyone. When it is actually meant to put down, insult or just be a straight up ass then it's horse shit because on every level every race has one up on another.
