Your post is funny in that the administrator will not do that. He tried making it a requirement to register for about month and the amount of postings dropped drastically. For you, that would be acceptable. But the administrator wants the water cooler gossip and attack dogs because they generate more postings and then he can boast how his site is growing. He didn't create this site for customers, unlike what he claims. He didn't create it to improve some rental car company, also likes he claims. And a lot of people do attack many customers that come to this site. But, many, including me, go after the customers that come across as being assholes or unaccountable tools. Your mention of small claims courts, District Attorneys, Better Business Bureau, and putting down employees as peons, makes you come across as a complete prick. That is why you receive the shit you do. If you want to save a buck, that's fine. But you just seem like the kind of person that would act like a complete jackoff to some employee to get your way.
