You should try talking to somebody who has actually worked for him. He's such a two-faced moron. I remember when i worked for ERAC and I would be around him, he was ALWAYS bad mouthing somebody that wasn't there. Makes me think about what he was saying about me when I wasn't around. I actually heard his nickname in C1 was "byer-dork". How much respect are you getting from your freggin' employees when they give you a name like that? He's the most selfish GRM ever, and if you ever had a conversation (away from MT's and MA's) with him, you'd realize he doesn't give two shits about his employees and only cares about himself.
