There are no tracking devices on the car. The 'out of state/province' clause is an attemped to limit mileage for an unlimited milege rental, they will never know, but should you get in an accident/break down while out of state you have broken the terms of the contract and you could be responsible for many out of pocket charges. It's just a threat to keep you close to home. |
