Surely his behavior must be noticed bt T.L. and J.T. I am no longer employed by ERAC by the time I was I throughly enjoyed. M.J. was our RRM and T.L. was the RVP. I worked hard and smart and climbed very quickly. One thing that I didnt do was step all over my team. I stepped on other managers though :) If you can perform they do not mess with you. Make a profit in your branch and make sure to take care of the customer and you will do well. Keep your head up.......
