Here is the funny thing about what help read, and then how the interpet it. See my comments about JF had nothing to do with her pregnancy, and who the father was, and by what acts she preformed in order to get where she is today. My comments where in regards to the fact that she bragged about firing someone. If she is as professional and qualified as some of you say that she is, why then is she bragging about throwing someone into unemployment. And in no way, can anyone argue whether or not she was bragging at admin., because there have been more than one person who has posted something along those lines. She must have done something right in her career to get to where she is because enterprise IS a male dominated work environment. However, it does not excuse her actions after the fact.
In terms of the actual firing, my issues lie with the fact that JF fired the young lady, and the PP forced her to sign a waiver expressing her own desire to leave the company. Is that legal? And how can someone be fired for not meeting job requirements when those requirements are not listed? Some say that she lied,and lying is like stealing. Then I ask where does adultry fall? How about alcoholism? These are only a few of the issues that are rampant among this company from top to bottom. The gail was scared, under more pressure than was necessary to fullfill other job requirements. She slipped, and then when she attempted to set things right, JF(who happened to BE her old mentor) did not give her any chance. Here is a question to some of you, wrongful termination or not? I leave you with that! You know who I am and where to get a hold of me...O U T out.
