how is the retention? why would you think it would be any different? erac sucks no matter who the managers are. if you ask me working for cindy has been great. she didn't deserve the job b/c there were other qualified area managers who were still in rental. she was in "marketing" she didn't have to have ESQi, IPC, or Net Profit, all she had was TL's balls in her pocket. Why hire a qualified individual who could motivate the region? She makes MT's say business is booming instead of we're busy, and there is a lot of opportuniy at ERAC instead of we're understaffed, which every branch is. By the way we're understaffed b/c that would cut into Jack's big check. Enterprise is straight bullshit. The time to work for ERAC was the 70's and 80's. Retention rate? It's never going to be high when hire white trash and non-college grads who speak in broken English. I regret the day I stepped foot in the ERAC office for my first interview. FUCK ERAC.
