Default Corporate Training Manager

Several weeks ago I Rented a car in Bradenton, Florida from enterprise. I was given a weekly rate of $229.99. I thought this was an ok amount. I ws NOT told at that time that the car could not be taken OUT OF STATE. I am a training director for a large corporation and find myself any given week in Georgia, Texas, Alabama etc.

I was called to Savannah Georgia that week. I found out when I was in Savannah, that my new vehicle was in. It was brought to Savannah by one of our employees.

I turned the vehicle in at the Savannah Airport. I was told I would have to contact Bradenton Florida where I rented the car. I called Bradenton and was told that I SHOULD NOT HAVE TAKEN THE CAR OUT OF STATE. I mentioned this was the first I had heard about this. They then told me they would have to sell the vehicle I was rented to the Enterprise in Savannah, and that our company was liable for $2,000 for this opversight. I protested and was given the name of the area manager MR. BRIAN DAIGNAULT (941) 302-3074, I called and Mr. Daignault mentioned that instead of $2,000 it would be a charge of $500.00. In the end I was still over charged as my credit card was charged a total of $1,032.55. I am attempting to fight this flagrent misuse of my credit card. If I should not have taken the card out of state I should have been told so. These people are assholes period.
I am very upset. If anyone can help as far as a number or person to call to help get this mess fixed please do not hesitate to call.

Thanks,

Never using ENTERPRISE again,

Larry Riggs
