I was called to Savannah Georgia that week. I found out when I was in Savannah, that my new vehicle was in. It was brought to Savannah by one of our employees.

I turned the vehicle in at the Savannah Airport. I was told I would have to contact Bradenton Florida where I rented the car. I called Bradenton and was told that I SHOULD NOT HAVE TAKEN THE CAR OUT OF STATE. I mentioned this was the first I had heard about this. They then told me they would have to sell the vehicle I was rented to the Enterprise in Savannah, and that our company was liable for $2,000 for this opversight. I protested and was given the name of the area manager MR. BRIAN DAIGNAULT (941) 302-3074, I called and Mr. Daignault mentioned that instead of $2,000 it would be a charge of $500.00. In the end I was still over charged as my credit card was charged a total of $1,032.55. I am attempting to fight this flagrent misuse of my credit card. If I should not have taken the card out of state I should have been told so. These people are assholes period.
I am very upset. If anyone can help as far as a number or person to call to help get this mess fixed please do not hesitate to call.

Thanks,

Never using ENTERPRISE again,

Larry,
contact the RVP for that area and explain to him the situation. I worked for ERAC for 4yrs and the wheel that squeaks the loudest gets the oil. The last thing that any Area Manager wants is for his RVP or GM to get wind of it. These upper level managers will write it off to the branch that rented you the car. They would rather do that than to waste any of their time. Anyone out there know who is the RVP for this region Bradenton, Fl? If so give up the info and lets help this man out.......
