IN addition to calling the RVP, call corporate headquarters in St. Louis. Tell them that you have a corporate account and you WILL TAKE IT SOMEPLACE ELSE. This should get them hopping. If someone calls St. Louis with an unsatisfactory rental experience, they will probably comp the whole thing. As the previous poster stated, the squeaky wheel gets the oil. I know of a couple of folks who lost their jobs just because corporate got an "irate phone call". Good Luck, over and out.
