I knew I would get responses like these. I'm not doggin anyone - I'm not saying Car Sales is better than rental. I'm saying that 6 months into the Job - I've made close to $40K which hmmm.... means if I don't quit like some people who can't hack it odds are I will do $80K this year - hmmm...lets be conservative $70K - not to mention like I said all the money i'm saving as a Level II AE (haha what a joke right??? what a joke that i don't pay for my own gas -hahaha what a joke that i dont pay insurance - haha what a joke that I dont have a car note)
And you are absolutely right!!! Thanks for breaking down my base pay structure!!! ERAC is all about comissions! ALL ABOUT PAYING FOR PERFORMANCE. Which is why if I net even $70K (this is the conservative number) this year my base will go up about $5K. which means my base as an assistant would be $75K PLUS Comissions. Please.... and like I said before GOTDAMN I AM A USED CAR SALESMAN BUT I MAKE MONEY....
