The message I keep hearing from current and former employees is that the only way to be a successful employee at a branch is to lie to customers on a regular basis. I've heard that hundreds of times. The lies include:
~Yes, we'll hold your reservation
~Your car is just getting washed
~Your car will be here in just a minute
and many more.
In fact, this whole site was based upon my getting lied to repeatedly. This is not the way to "earn an honest living".
Are you really saying employees aren't "forced" to lie in order to be successful at Enterprise?
