Wow, talk about being over-sensitive! That comment had NOTHING to do with racism, and everything to do with what might be wrong with ERAC as a company. Don't read into what is written beyond what is actually there.
If they give customers a car that is supposed to be full of gas when it is actually short by several gallons, someone is getting ripped off, right?
I mean, if I 'buy' the gas in the tank by prepaying and have them refill it and charge me at the end of the rental, I end up paying for more than I used. If I bring the car back full (and I was asked to provide a dated fuel receipt from a local gas station), haven't I been overcharged to the tune of $10+?
The question was, does this happen a lot?
