Enterprise has contracts with certain insurance carriers to exempt Loss of Use. I was really put off when some counter dingbat was trying to use this excuse to push LDW on me in spite of already having my insurance card in front of her. As far as I'm concern she was trying to steal money from me. I suspect some of the subhuman debris on this board try that crap. Enterprise management is pretty good, but the counter personnel leave much to be desired.
