It is my pleasure to announce the promotion of Thomas Freyer to the position of Group Rental Manager in Group 43, Jacksonville, Florida. Thomas will be overseeing the Southbank and Westside of Jacksonville, Orange Park and Mandarin. Thomas has been an extraordinary performer in Group 24, Region H as shown by his commitment to his team and ability to get people promoted, combined with solid performances in all four core areas of the business, including his 81+ 12-month and 86+ 3-month ESQi scores. We are thrilled to have Thomas as a member of the Jacksonville team.

I would like to thank Andy Church, Mike Corbo, Eric Stone and John Wojcik for the part they played in preparing Thomas for this next step in his career. I would also like to thank everyone who expressed interest in this opportunity. It is obvious we have an immense amount of talent ready to take the next step.
