True she may be a good person but what she did to HH was really low down and dirty and as you see it didn't take long for them to figure HH wasn't the problem. Actually they problem wasn't even with HKL it was the way she was trained. You can't fault her for that. We are taught early on to say yes and book the deal and worry about getting the car later. Well my friends, that will eventually be the down fall of ERAC. One can't lie to a customer and think they will be happy and return. I personally know I would never rent from ERAC because I know that there is a likely chance that I won't get what I reserved and if I do, it is sure to smell like a dirty ass.
