????? you are an idiot. Those are not lies. On the rental side of things cars are always returning, or being washed, or on the way from another office. We don't just sit on our ass and have your car sitting and waiting. We run a 9billion dollar a year company and that means taking chances. We make people feel good about the situation that they are in. Good people don't mind a little wait as long as they know we are trying our best to take care of them. Now on the other hand, ungrateful people like you are always just looking for a reason to complain. I'm sorry you had a bad childhood but lighten up man. We don't lie, We work hard and sometimes we make mistakes. Jesus teaches us to forgive, why can't you? I love this site, I have rented at least 10 cars in the past 6months to people that mentioned this site as the reason why the chose ERAC. They wanted to see what all the fuss was about.
