I worked in an airport and what I found to be the worst was the customers who tried to turn in a car rented from another company to me. I actually had the argument that I could not check a customer out of an Avis car. This guy went on a rant, yelling at me that I should be able to take any car back and process his card. He sat there and argued with me for over 10 minutes, in which time he could have returned the car to avis and been in the airport. It was absolutely amazing the guy just couldn't understand. I even tried to do a comparison for him by asking if he could return a product bought at Best Buy to Circut City for a refund. You know what he said "No but that is not the same thing this is a car not a stereo." I was astonished at the stupidity. He finally got me so pissed of and flustered that I told him he was an idiot and walked away. Supprisingly that never came back to bite me in the ass
