There are no " corp answers", there are only people who can not forumlate a thought and create an answer that anybody can follow. You gave all those attributes but you can't create an action plan for your people that will make them successful. That is not a " corp answer", it is called life. Success can be measured by a matrix. The heart and talent you think you had can not.
