sales I have to agree with JeahHo on this one. I'm not a fan of Erac, but if it's one type of job they pigeon hole their employees into..it's sales. I got a ton of calls for sales positions after Erac. So, I am also surprised your wife simply dismisses former eracers. Erac is a crap company, but sales is a definite focus while you're there. And I applied to a couple of insurance companies and even though Erac is related to insurance companies, it seemed it was much easier to get a sales job if I wanted. Erac is not JUST washing cars. I've argued that Erac doesn't give you much on a resume except retail management experience if you're applying for a non-sales job, but it does help for sales. It sounds like your wife may be dismissing some potentially good candidates due to personal feelings about Erac. |
