You know you may be right about that, I really did stop caring, and I did lose my leadership skills. This is what being burned out and uphappy does. However making much more money now and working less than 40 hours/week (working for myself) can really increase a person's happiness. When they have time to see their friends and family, take vacations, and take care of their health its a huge difference. I don't regret that I worked at Enterprise as I could now handle any level of stress any sales job can throw at me. However so many people that work there hate their jobs, and so many people are happy when they leave (Ive talked to dozens of people). Do numbers lie?
