Tailfin, it's one thing going the attorney route if you've already exercised normal communciation, taken it up the line of command, and still had no success, but it seems like you throw the "I'm going to report you and sue you" line at any company that you feel that you are being wronged by right of the bat. And with your propensity for the dramatics, I would venture to guess that you overreact the majority of the time. Instead of being a dick, try to act like a normal human being first.
