Tailfin, it's one thing going the attorney route if you've already exercised normal communciation, taken it up the line of command, and still had no success, but it seems like you throw the "I'm going to report you and sue you" line at any company that you feel that you are being wronged by right of the bat. Well, in my old age I have learned not to threaten to sue and report, just do it. Why waste time letting people lead you down a bureaucratic treadmill? Plus blindsiding people when they don't expect it hits harder than yelling at them.
