Too bad you're as ignorant as they come. I wonder how much time (yours, whatever company you are suing, the lawyer you hire) you have wasted by simply resorting to the quick draw lawsuit approach rather than just being a reasonable and rational human being and resolving it with simple communication. Plus I wonder how many suits you've tried to file that were just complete crap. I would bet it's quite a few. You're the type of guy that hides behind the letter of the law in order to get his way. Why don't you try and be the man that you want us to believe that you are and handle these horrible customer situations that you've claimed you have been subjected to like an adult? If some company says something that you don't want to hear: sue em' If someone tries to charge you with something (that could be a reasonable charge for all we know), sue em' Grow up, tailfins.
