If you are, you love the job because the growth is great, you like to deal with customers, you are a good problem solver and you don't get stressed easily. I have been working 50 hour weeks for a while and I'm still standing! And the benefits are pretty good guys. Compare them to other private organizations. Most would give you NO vacation days (paid) in your first year. Employee referrals are a good chunk of cash, training bonuses... But to all those who are unhappy, go work for the government then because chances are your the type that just wants to see the money with no effort...and doesn't like to be challenged. |
Just wait. Just wait. You're still in the "honeymoon" stage with e.
And we do not have paid vacation until after a year. we get choice time days, which someone has pointed out we are discouraged to use, and are able to "borrow" vacation days with approval.
Has anyone ever tried to figure out what percentage of MT's actually ever make it to a senior position in the company? My bet is not too many.
