I agree keeping the rate the same year-round is an excellent budgeting tool, but it works both ways. If you guarantee me a rate, please guarantee me a particular size car. I have never had trouble with this through Budget or Hertz. Why can't Enterprise do this?

When I have reserved Full-sized vehicles in two prior rentals, I have gotten stuck with a Focus one time and a Cobalt the other time. This is no way to impress your corporate customers.
