People like you who cannot handle their own business and ask lawyers and court systems to do it are the reasons why so many companies have to create red tape and processes that take so long because there are worries about being sued. Be a fucking man and go through the process yourself and don't waste the time of small claims court, company lawyers or whatnot. Face he fact that you are a cheapskate and people hate you because you do whatever you can (ethically or unethically) to get the cheapest price. You are the type of person who would bring up the fact that in 1982 you spent 58 cents per gallon for gas so you should still get that price today because you have been going to the same gas station for 24 years and not understand why you have to pay the same as everyone else.
