It can often suck to work for enteprise, but as for customer service, they lead the industry regardless of your mishaps. Once again, you were not their target customer, so you got screwed. You could easily get screwed with your local company that you rent from if you were not a business traveler (their taget market). Normal people move on to find a company that meets their needs. Yet, you created a website to try and make yoourself feel more imprtant. Honestly, Barr Barr....did you EVEN get a MBA?
