In my region, interns were treated as slaves. They did everything from phones,pick ups, deliveries, repos, washing cars, writing SH!T load of tickets and do all the manual dirty work while the branch manager was hiding in the back or somewhere golfing.. I will be very honest with you..unless you are desperately starving, you need to be stupid to take a 8-9$/hour job to be treated that way. You will do the same if not more the work that MTs do. The reason why I say more is because all mgmt knows that you will be gone in 2-3-4 months so they treat you like sh1t. You will most likely not affect their retention so they don't give a flip about your feelings. |
