Sites like this exist in just about every industry. The pharma industry has an open forum for just about every major pharma company out there. It's called
www.cafepharma.com. It used to be for research about pharma companies, now it's a website dedicated to bashing employees and managers. The reason I bring this up is because they know the site exists, but they don't speak about it. I brought up that site to one of my friends that works for Novartis and he immediately changed the subject. Much like FailingEnterprise, if I bring it up to one of my friends that work there they change the subject. Keep up the good work Admin.
