The one thing that I like so much about ERAC is that I can make whatever kind of career I want out of it. Sure, there are bad people at any company. What really matters is how you rise above it and set your own course. I know exactly who you're talking about... I work in 53AA, and the initials aren't that hard to figure out. I didn't know KK very well, but I owe him a lot - he hired me. So you disagree with him. So what?? Every job I've ever had is that way. I'm not going to criticize you for your post. ERAC isn't for everyone, I know that for sure. But it is by far the BEST time I've ever had. Sure, the hours are long. But when I go home at night, I feel like I've done something with my time.
