Re: 17AA Turnover Bottom line guys, the company RELIES on the turnover to push their marketing to new hires promising rapid promotions. The benefit to the company, promote people faster to PAY THEM LESS!! There is no time for them to build their pay plan. And when someone is making too much money they are either fired to demoted. We have all seen this. Honestly, if you are new and reading this, GET OUT NOW. Don't let it turn out to be a waste of your time and you are probably tired of explaining to people and regurgitating the company propaganda as to why this is a good job. I think it is funny that I now pull into work, right across from an ERAC branch at 7:45, the E people have been there for 15 minutes already. I walk out the door at 4:30 to the car, those poor folks have another 2.5 hours of work and make LESS than I do now!! Poor kids, I know it seems like a lot of money right out of college but you are being used! USE YOUR DEGREE! Save your parents the embarrassment, do it for them if not for you. |
