It seems that if customers truly understood this, then they wouldn't come here and bitch about it.

If someone borrowed their friends car and it got burned, or stolen, or gremlins ripped it to shreds, that person couldn't tell their friend "Sorry man. But, it's not my fault because I didn't do it."

It's called taking responsibility. Yeah, it sucks the car was damaged. But, it sucks that Katrina took 60% of Louisiana with her.

Such is life.
