A great sales person will be a good manager. A great manager is great at sales. Sales involves communication and the ability to persuade. If you can not help someone see your point of view, which is what a sales is, then how can you possilby be expected to be a good manager. It's ok that you are not a good sales person. Why don't you try the callback center, sounds like it would be a better fit for your skill level? Not everyone will succeed in rental, but everyone can be a success with ERAC if they find their nitch. I wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.
