A good sales person is not automatically a good manager. Sure they can lead by example which looks good on stats, but there are too many of these so called superstars can't manage sh*t. They have the best sellers, but their ESQi is in the low 60's. This tells me that you sell the lights out, but really don't care about your customers. Its not all about your point of view, its also about their point of view. Sales is not the tool for that. I am a Manager with ERAC, and my sales are average, but I kill everyone in ESQi. Balance makes a good manager not plain sales. Sorry bud
