Here's an idea that most wouldn't think of. So here it is. Sometime this week go to Goff and ask him to rank his branch managers from best to last. Ask him while he is drunk at Tomcats. Ask him in front of everyone, put him on the spot. You will hear something that will probably surprise you. He will tell you Alan is doing a good job. Here''s the reality. Alan's numbers are based off being very understaffed and his shitty dealership demanding a lot right now. Alan will blow his horn like always but ask Goff how he is actually doing this. Goff will tell you his numbers are inflated because off circumstances that are in place on purpose to spin a profit. This is nothing but a pyramid game played by Bensing and Goff. Its about commission for both. Doesn't it always seem Alan and Travis both have time to take all these days off yet when things go nuts at Uftring Alan is no where to be found. He is inexperienced at every part of management. The dude has an exercise science degree. The hardest class in that is anatomy. Who the fuck couldn't pass that. Should have stayed behind the desk at Golds. It is time Alan quit. People do not like you and you even know the people that are open about it. Trust me, theres more too. Whats funny is you never hear Bensing blowing his horn about retention. Newman, Babs, Matt R. & Kamall. Soon the other mt's. At the next city meeting we should have a pep talk by Alan about how to keep employees then shut his ass up with these few names. Employees don't quit ERAC, they quit their managers.
