Before I begin, I just want on the record that I am as much anti-ECRAP as the next former employee who has seen the light of the big GREEN.
BUT, as a former GP06 employee, I have to come to the aid of Donna. She is a great salesperson, as her record speaks for itself. I have had the opportunity to see her in "sales mode" on numerous occasions. She is the first to answer the phone or the first out the door to greet potential customers. From what I have heard in the 06 grapevine, she has had the choice of becoming a Car Sales Area Manager but chose not to because she wouldn't be able to do what she loves to do...sell cars! Again from the grapevine, her bonus checks are greater than her managers. She is one of those born to sell, who has made a ton of money doing what she does best. It’s nice to see a L2 making more money than most of the L3's in car sales.
