1) When MM was a CRM his next position was RVP, now that he is marketing manager he will never be an RVP. Plain and simple he took a demotion - a lower position in a smaller group. Plus AO aspires to be a CRM, if it's not a step up why would he want that position, fucko.
2) It remains to be seen what TP's future is.
3) You are right TP's performance with C2 has made it quit clear that he DOES NOT want to go any further with erac.
With this said you have again proven that you have no idea what is going on in your company.
