Do not let anyone say you were fired because you lost your leadership. ERAC is the poorest excuse for a company I have ever encountered in my life. You were burnt out because they most likely treated you like a slave... aw heck, we all know it sucks. Even the employees.

And yes, I am a former employee who to this day years later is amazed whenever I mentioned I worked for Enterprise. People all say either "I know someone that worked there and they hated it" or "I worked there and I hated it". Seriously, the day i left that placeit was like the clouds parted and the sun started shining.

The ONLY good thing from that place is that I have a few good friends who also USED to work there and hated it just as much as I did.

Pharmaceutical sales is a great job to have, and th person posting saying "only chicks get that job" is obviously perfect material for the ERAC machine.

I just heard that the young guy with grey hair that used to run O'Hare (forget his name....Jason?) got fired down in Georgia where had been promoted to. Oh, and he was cheating on his fiancee constantly.

If you work at Enterprise, and think to yourself and a daily basis, "Man, making $780 for two weeks doesn't seem like much for all the work I do".... QUIT. NOW. Of course, you may be broke, since Enterprise doesn't pay you enough. In that case, get a job waiting tables, bartending, anything, and QUIT. You'll make more waiting tables than you will at ERAC. Then do a real job search with your newfound sanity.
