I agree with all the things everyone has said. They even make me laugh and appreciate that ERAC is the same company across the world.What I don't understand is why people take those things to heart.Who cares if a customer comes in angry or doesn't understand the cash qual?Isn't your job to help them understand that?I don't know of any other job where you can retire with in 20years of working.I manage a very large office and have a very large crew(+20people including car preps and drivers)I don't pay for any gas/car insurance or have a car payment.I eat lunch for free everyday on ERAC.My sole responsibility is to build relationships with my people and my accounts and make them want to work here or do business here. The only quality you need to have is the ability to listen and be nice.C'mon is that so hard?For those you who have failed, I will offer my personal assistance on what it takes to be successful at the largest most profitable rental car company in the world!Thank for your time.  |
