Working in 16VV was, quite possibly, the worst experience of my adult life. we sold shady waive, we practiced the blind upsell like no other, we always booked the deal, reservations meant absolutly nothing and we were constantly being sold "the big picture" (AKA A very large steaming pile of lies). We worked an average of 50 hours a week and rarely saw a lunch break. Please stop believing the hype. Few are promoted and if you want to sell your soul to the devil to get there go right ahead.
